Super convenient location near train station and bus stops, mind-blowing food options, friendly and multilingual staff, peaceful neighborhood.

The choice at the breakfast buffet was good, very good coffee. Room was quiet. Can be recommended.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the value for money was exceptional. The prices were incredibly reasonable for what was provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout my stay. From the basic amenities in the room to the friendly and helpful staff, everything was taken care of. I especially loved the rooms with the nice couch to relax on, and the bedroom upstairs was huge with a great view of trains passing by. Lastly, the breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations!

The shower curtain and the continuous mattress. It was good, not saggy, but when your partner turned you had the feeling of lying in a waterbed.

Despite free rooms I got a room to the railway line, which was very very loud. The price was much too expensive, but due to a fair that took place in Düsseldorf.

I was pleasantly surprised by the well-appointed room I stayed in at Kempe Komfort Plus. It had a little kitchen and a clean bathroom. The staff were extremely helpful and made me feel welcome. The underground parking added a sense of security to my stay. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean. Despite being near a railway line, I didn't experience any noise disturbances. The breakfast offered in the restaurant was typical of a German/continental breakfast and satisfying. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

I loved the bed and the lovely soft pillow, and the breakfast was very nice. i required the kitchen facilities, which was very important for me.

I arrived early so that i could perhaps get the room earlier to freshen up and go explore the city before my business started the following day. However , i was told quite clearly that the room would only be available at 2pm. I thought this was very poor service and this ruined the only free day that i had. secondly there was only 1 english channel on TV and this was CNN. Long walk to main station.

value for money, 20 min. drive from Dusseldorf. Simple but effective. Very good windows that kept the noise out from the trains hurtling past at 50 mrts.

Everything was fantastic.

The hotel charged me Euro 20 extra because I checked in at 1300 hrs!! I was told that check-in time was 1600 hrs and this was the extra charge for an early check-in. This came as a surprise to me especially when I have stayed in this hotel several times before. I am totally put off by this outrageous extra charge.

The room was good, breakfast was fine, hotel was clean and the staff were polite. We felt it was good value for money. We would use the hotel again when visiting solingen.

The web site did not show the way to the hotel from the station we arrived in the dark and there were no signs on the road, we walked half way to the hotel and then walked back to the station to get a cab, only to find out we had been close to it. The shower hook in our room (132) was broken and had to be hand held. The cleaner had carefully put it back and clearly was used to doing this procedure. It was broken and should have been reported and fixed and we should have been communicated about it. The desk porter when asked for two extra pillows said nothing could be done until the next day. This was at 6pm when we arrived.
